Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet uses a high pressure stream of water to cut through materials. Waterjet cutting is extremely popular as it leaves no residue, and the water used can be practically recycled infinite number of times. Since it uses water to cut through metals, the metal is not exposed to heat up and deform at the edges, unlike in traditional metal cutting operations. For harder metals like titanium and steel, small granules are added to the water to increase cutting power. The thickness of the cut can be varied by changing the thickness of the nozzle. Water jet is easier to handle and operate, which makes it a convenient option to operate on projects that require intricate and accurate cuts. We use advanced machines assisted by computer programming in order to provide reliable services in a time and cost efficient manner.
